During a recent interview with CNN Worldwide's Christiane Amanpour to discuss his new webcast "Afghan Star," Legend expressed his fear and concern about the allegations and video evidence showing musician Combs committing domestic violence against his then-girlfriend Cassie Ventura in a 2016 incident. "I was frightened by the depictions that I read before the video proof emerged," Legend added. "What's more, totally something should be exposed when it works out." Combs at the time denied the claims illustrated in Ventura's claim, which was privately addressed one day after it was recorded, months before the video's delivery. 



"My default position is to accept ladies when they make these allegations and to ensure that we give our best for help ladies" making them, Legend said. He added that his expectation is "that they're heard and that any sort of responsibility and repayments can be made to restore these ladies once more." Legend likewise said that what Brushes has been blamed for is "despicable" and that he just cares about "the best" for Ventura and "for the wide range of various casualties that have claimed that he's mishandled them." Last year, Legend and Babyface worked together with Combs on a tune named "Kim Doorman" - named after Brushes' previous join forces with whom he shares three youngsters - from Brushes' 2023 collection "The Affection Collection: Off the Matrix."The watchman passed away in 2018 due to pneumonia.
